Aja and I met at Sey Coffee in Brooklyn, New York near the Bushwick neighborhood. For the photo walk, she was shooting with a Nikon D3400.

She started taking photos in 2017. As a kid, her and her sister would do photoshoots for fun. When she got older, she realized how relaxed & mindful It was to be behind the camera. Aja also noticed how fascinating photography actually was.

Aja is motivated by the people and places that she shoots. Her goal is to capture the essence of people and places as best she can. She loves to grow and learn as a photographer.
